Technical Assistant County Tyrone Salary: Competitive
We are currently recruiting for a Technical Assistant to join or client’s team in County Tyrone. You would be responsible for building strong customer relationships and assisting them with their technical requests while striving to provide a great customer experience.
The right candidate should have a food related qualification and have great customer service and organisational skills. This role would be easily commutable from Armagh, Cookstown and Omagh.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Ensure customer expectations are managed resulting in customer satisfaction.
- Ensure all deliverables are in good order and of high standard.
- Track account metrics
- Ensure there is an open line of communication on progress with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify growth opportunities
- Ensure food hygiene and safety standards are implemented.
- Manage customer interactions such as logging, reporting and trending of customer complaints and other issues.
- Produce and Amend factory specs for new products.
Key Skills
- Degree in a Food related qualification or equivalent.
- Experience in a similar role.
- Experience in a fast-paced food environment
- Great communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Great organisational skills.
