Building Service Co-Ordinator                             Dublin                               €60-80K

A well-established company located in Dublin is currently looking a Building Services Coordinator with 3-5 years’ experience ideally working on commercial projects.

Responsibilities of the Role:

  • Monitor and control project set up, progress and close out, in achieving the projects objectives throughout the whole process.
  • Assisting with the development of the work breakdown structure and the project schedule.
  • Setting up and maintaining budgets and expenditures.
  • Maintaining project contracts and other documentation for customers, contractors and suppliers.
  • Making sure the requirements of the quality management plans are met.
  • Ensuring all Health and Safety requirements are upheld and met, by accompanying H&S officers on site and producing action reports.
  • Coordinating the team communications, interactions and activities.
  • Producing risk assessments of the project.
  • Liaising with sub-contractors and suppliers to deliver to their standards and address any problems.
  • Providing technical advice and expertise to the team and 4rd parties. Includes providing detailed instruction and monitoring progress.

Skills Required:

  • 3-5 Years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Degree level education (HND/HNC) in a relevant subject, or M&E qualified trade.
  • Experience in overseeing projects, manging teams and working towards health and safety standards.
  • Knowledge of project management principles.
  • Have an innovative approach to problem solving.
  • Have strong team working and influence skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines, manage conflicting priorities and work well under pressure in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
