Salary – €70K - €80K plus package

Our client is a leading specialist Fitout company operating across an array of sectors which include, Technology, Financial, Legal, Pharmaceutical, Manufacturing, Media & Real Estate. With a strong track record of excellence, they are currently seeking a skilled Technical Services Manager/Coordinator to oversee numerous Projects across the Greater Dublin region.

Duties of the Role Include:

  • Taking briefs from the directors and working under own initiative to deliver the required Mechanical and Electrical processes for projects, from inception to completion.
  • The delivery and information management of MEP processes and procedures.
  • Ensure that all M&E work methods are sufficient to meet the project needs.
  • Reviewing contractor proposals, undertaking site inspection, witnessing and producing technical reports.
  • Attend progress meetings.
  • Plan, implement and deliver projects according to programme, budget and quality.
  • Know the scopes of work.
  • Liaising with Sub-contractor in order to insure correct management.
  • Develop clear, detailed and practical measures of performance to meet project objectives.
  • Assign clear accountabilities to members of the team and help others understand achieve their responsibilities.


Qualifications & Skills Required:

  • 5+ years’ experience within Fit Out Industry.
  • Degree or equivalent within Construction Management.
  • Knowledge and understanding of MEP processes.
  • Commercially aware and able to deliver aspects under their control to achieve targets.
  • Keen focus on quality and can deliver to the require standards.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated worker.
