A client company are currently on the lookout for a Technical Support Engineer to join their ever-expanding team based in County Tyrone.

You will be part of the aftersales team and will be responsible for collaborating with the design team to provide accurate work instructions to ensure a healthy and safe environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for planning of machine breakdowns, where resources and technical instructions are prepared and consulted with other departments.
• Provide support and resolutions of all technical field issues that may arise.
• Ensure that all company tools are maintained and ensure that everything is there when required.
• Updating documents to customers and employees and fix the problems also when required.
• Ensure that tasks are done correctly and within order and that all documentation is filled in correctly.
• Ensuring that all work complies with the Health & Safety rules and regulations of the company requirements.
• Remain customer obsessed throughout all your work to ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction.

Knowledge & Experience:

• 2+ years’ experience within an Engineering Environment.
• Understanding of Electrical circuits.
• Knowledge of Hydraulic systems.
• Ability to read and understand electrical and hydraulic schematics.
• PLC Knowledge.
• Excellent Verbal and Non-Verbal Communication.
• Excellent management and organisational skills.
• Proficient in MS Office.
