A successful manufacturing company based in Dublin is looking for a Validation Engineer to join their business. They are looking for a motivated individual with excellent communication skills to jump on board and work in a team environment in order to aid the business in achieving their goals.

Job Description:

The job is for a talented and knowledgeable Thermal Validation Engineer and will require the candidate to manage projects, identify areas of improvement and support safety working practices. You will also be responsible for directly implementing, executing and supporting the validation strategy within business practices.

Responsibilities of the Role:

• Development of test plans in accordance with specific requirements.
• Program coordination of test plans, including samples, fixtures, schedules, sign offs, witnessing tests and sample reviews.
• Use validation database for test data and information.
• Recommend appropriate test sample sizes in accordance with test requirements.
• Summarise qualification and validation protocols.
• Conduct risk/impact assessments and establish system boundaries.
• Interact with other engineers to define, document, analyse, perform and interpret tests for products, systems, components and modifications.
• Identify any functional problems and suggest resolutions.
• Analyse test cases and provide regular progress reports.

Experience, Knowledge and Skills:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Validation Engineer.
• Knowledge of Thermal services.
• Knowledge of Pharmaceutical Industry.
• Degree/HND/HNC level qualification in a relevant subject to the role.
• Good communication skills.
• Good written skills.
• Good attention to detail.
