Utility Surveyor – Ireland

 

INFORM3 are looking to appoint a Utility Surveyor, for projects based in Ireland. The successful candidate will work with a specialist surveying contractor with over 15 years’ experience in the industry. The client has an extremely experienced team with the highest-grade equipment providing the best quality results to each and every project.

The candidate will be experienced in using surveying equipment such as GPS, Total Station etc and have the ability to work off their own initiative, managing deadlines.

The role will require flexibility in travelling around Ireland.

 

Utility Surveyor Responsibilities:

  • Report into Senior Management
  • Conduct surveys using GPS, Total Station and Levelling equipment
  • Complete site mark-ups
  • Compile reports from the surveys and convert them into 2D and 3D formats
  • Manage contracts ensuring client satisfaction
  • Investigate into utilities that have been surveyed, discovering any potential difficulties or exposures
  • Ensure surveying equipment is maintained to the highest standard
  • Attend and conduct client meetings, providing information on utilities
  • Adhere to Health and Safety procedures and the company’s policies

 

 

Candidate Specification:

  • 1 years’ plus experience in a similar position
  • Experience in conducting surveys in underground projects
  • Ability to work off their own initiative
  • Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively
  • Experience in the Microsoft Office Package
  • Full driving licence
