A leading Manufacturing Company base in County Cork currently have an exciting opportunity for an individual to join as a Warehouse Manager.

As the Warehouse Manager, the successful individual will be managing logistics and warehousing from goods-in to dispatch.

Previous experience in managing a warehouse facility, ideally within the Food Manufacturing industry and knowledge of manufacturing principles is desired for the role.

Responsibilities of the Role:

• Maintain stock accuracy.
• Ensure all health and safety procedures are carried out and the warehouse is managed in a zero-accident environment.
• Work closely with other departments in order to satisfy production requirements.
• Manage, lead and supervise the stores team, offering good mentorship.
• Maintain the stores environment to provide suitable storage for components and maintain high levels of traceability.
• Implement new processes and procedures to ensure optimal performance at the warehouse.
• Drive optimisation and efficiency of KPI’s.
• Liaise with sales and logistics to dispatch accurately and on time.

Experience and Knowledge:

The successful individual should ideally have 2 years’ experience in a previous Warehouse Managing role, ideally within a Food Manufacturer. Relevant qualifications and completed courses to the job would also be beneficial.
