A fantastic opportunity to work with a market leader and provider of Engineering products has arisen. Due to strategic growth the company are now seeking to recruit a focused, hands-on Warehouse Manager to coordinate warehouse operations for a range of company products

The individual should have knowledge of Engineering and Fabrication products in order to excel in the role, and should have experience in leading and managing a team of warehouse operatives.

Responsibilities of the Role:

  • Responsible for all aspects of managing the allocation and utilisation of warehouse and parts staff in order to support the activities of each division.
  • Work closely with other departments in order to satisfy production requirements.
  • Coordinate and implement stock audits in conjunction with the warehouse team.
  • Ensure consistent and accurate data regarding the specification, location of assets, up-to-date barcoding and allocation to corrective depots is sustained.
  • Drive optimisation and efficiency of KPI’s.
  • Maintain the stores environment to provide suitable storage for products and maintain high levels of traceability.
  • Maintain stock accuracy.
  • Ensure all health and safety procedures are carried out and the warehouse is managed in a zero-accident environment.

Experience and Knowledge:

The successful individual should have at least 2 years’ experience working within a Warehouse Environment with good knowledge of Engineering and Fabrication products and components. Having relevant qualifications and completed courses to the job are also required.
