Salary – €50K - €60K BOE

About the Company:

Are you and experienced Warehouse Manager? Then this is the role for you. Our client based in County Cavan are currently looking for a suitable candidate that can collaborating with departments like procurement and sales to ensure a seamless supply chain.

You will oversee the efficient and safe handling of materials and products, ensuring optimal stock levels to meet production and customer demands while minimizing costs.

Duties Include:

• Responsible for overseeing and managing inventory levels.
• Involved in planning, organising, and controlling inventory flow to ensure the right products are available at the right time, at the right place and in the right quantity.
• Report to the Head of Supply Chain and works closely with Planning, Sourcing, Purchasing, Logistics and Warehouse staff to maintain optimal inventory levels, reduce excess stock, prevent stockouts, and improve overall supply chain efficiency.
• Implement and enforce health, safety, and security protocols.
• Ensure the safe storage of various types of stock, including chemicals and food products.
• Produce regular reports on inventory levels, operational performance, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Analyze data to identify trends, improve processes, and advise management on cost-saving strategies.

Essential Criteria:

• 4+ years’ experience working within a Warehouse / Inventory Manager role.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency with inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in supply chain management, logistics, or warehouse operations.
• Ability to work on your own and within a Team Environment.
