Working Foreman (Construction) - Dublin

INFORM3 Recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of a Main Contractor for:

Job Title – Working Foreman (Construction)

Project – Commercial and Residential

Job Location – Dublin

Salary - €55K - €75K (depending on experience)

About the Company

Working on commercial and industrial projects from greenfield to fit out throughout Dublin with a reputable main contractor who specialise in one off residential projects and healthcare developments. Projects range in value from €1M to €20M.  

The Role

• Being present and contributing to Toolbox talks.
• Supporting the Site Manager and Project Manager with H&S and Compliance on site.
• Manage Man power and materials on site to ensure smooth running of the project.
• Support the Project Manager/ Contracts Manager/ Senior Engineer to ensure works are completed as per programme and to a high standard.
• Maintain excellent relationships with the construction management team, subcontractors and site personnel.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Working Foreman.
• Trade’s background.
• Experience working with RC Frame.  
• Experience working on commercial or residential projects from greenfield to completion is essential.
• Strong sense of ownership and attention to detail.
