Working Foreman - Tyrone

INFORM3 Construction Recruitment are keen to speak with Working Foremen for a Medium sized construction company. Projects would be up to the value of £2M. Projects would include housing developments, 1 off houses, extensions and industrial work.

Job Title – Working Foreman

Job Location – Tyrone

Salary - £35k - £38k

The Role

• Able to take the job out of the ground and see it to hand over
• Successful candidate that is on the site full time working the job.
• Manage and coordinate both site staff and sub-contractors on site
• Ensure completion dates are met
• Will be safety conscious
• Take control of all works from house foundations through to 1st & 2nd fix including external finishes, paving, boundary walls and landscaping

Requirements

• Housing experience is essential, large scale high density
• Proven record of seeing projects through from start to finish
• Excellent working knowledge of latest building regulation and certification standards
• An ability to achieve demanding time and quality targets.
• To be good at working with people at all levels and willing to work in a team.
• A strong sense of ownership and responsibility for tasks/project
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
