Working Foreman - Fermanagh

INFORM3 Construction Recruitment is keen to speak with Working Foremen on behalf of a Medium sized building contractor.

Your new company… The contractor would cover projects both North and South of Ireland as well as across in Mainland UK. They would handle projects between £500k - £7M across educational, healthcare and residential sectors.

Salary                          £35,000 - £40,000

Project                         Refurb

The Role

• Ensuring work is carried out in accordance with the specification programme
• Co-ordinating and managing of subcontractors
• Managing health and safety delivery on site
• Attending weekly management team meeting 
• Maintaining the site diary – recording manpower levels for each sub-contractor and keeping detailed notes of all site activities
• Assisting with the control of plant and equipment on site

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years site management experience, preferably within large sites
• Experience in commercial & residential
• Extensive experience in effective management of sub-contractors
• Ability to work to tight deadlines
• Excellent interpersonal skills, strong oral and written communication skills
• PC Skills to complete timesheets, requisitions etc
