Working Foreman – Leinster

INFORM3 are looking to appoint a Foreman, for projects based in Leinster. The successful candidate will work for a client who is a leader in tarmacadam and asphalt, they have a team with a real depth of experience. The client has never finished a project until it is of the highest quality and has always received extremely great remarks on their work/

The Foreman will need experience in Tarmacadam and Asphalt projects.

Working Foreman Key Responsibilities

• Manage and control crew, whilst ensuring daily tasks are completed on schedule
• Order in supplies of Tar and Asphalt as and when required
• Complete measurements of Tar to ensure they are meeting the programme of works
• To assist in emergency situations
• To ensure safe working practices are adhered to
• To attend meetings, as and when required
• To co-ordinate the works in accordance with the relevant programme of works
• Be aware of responsibilities from the HSEQ policies

Required Qualifications/Experience

• 3 years plus experience in relevant role
• Tarmacadam experience
• Safe Pass
• Driving License
• Experience in heavy plant operations – desirable, not essential.
