Inform3 are currently seeking an experienced Working Site Foreman to join a busy construction team on a project in South Dublin.

The successful candidate will be hands-on and comfortable working on the tools, while also taking responsibility for coordinating site activities, supervising trades and ensuring works are completed to a high standard.

Working Site Foreman Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate site activities and trades.
  • Work hands-on alongside the site team when required.
  • Ensure works are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
  • Coordinate with site management, subcontractors and other trades.
  • Maintain quality standards and ensure project requirements are met.
  • Monitor progress and help ensure works remain on schedule.
  • Ensure safe working practices are maintained on site.
  • Manage day-to-day activities and resolve issues as they arise.

Working Site Foreman Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Working Foreman / Site Foreman.
  • Strong hands-on construction experience.
  • Ability to supervise and coordinate a team effectively.
  • Good understanding of construction practices and site procedures.
  • Strong attention to quality and detail.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work on your own initiative.
  • Good communication and organisational skills.
