Job Location: Dublin Airport

Salary £65 – 70k (Sterling)

Inform3 are currently hiring Tier 1 Contractors for large project in North Dublin. The client is seeking a works manager who will be responsible for CGBM and PQC in Dublin Airport Framework.

Previous knowledge and experience on pavement quality concrete experience is essential, with great package on offer for the right candidate.

Works Manager Job Role:

• Managing self-delivery of 20,000m3 of PQC, CBGM 30,000m3 (incl. production)
• Drive production
• Coordinate and manage various site teams and sub-contractors
• Ensure health and safety procedures and protocols are adhered to
• Order materials and organise Plant, Machinery and Equipment
• Attend site management meetings
• Liaise with both client and public if needed

Works Manager Job Specification:

• 5+ years’ experience, preferably on road projects
• Pavement quality concrete experience is essential
• Ability to adapt to new circumstance
• Full driving license
